Hook up and discharge hoses included. Requires 30 amp service when booking sites. This is a fully power operated unit. Power awning, power stabilizers front and back, power tongue jack, power slide out. You Will need to bring your own food/beverages,ground coffee(anything you drink in your coffee) toiletries,clothing, comforters/sleeping bag. There is a queen size bed upfront, 2 twin bunks in the back with a weight limit of 150 for the top bunk. Bottom bunk has a weight limit of 200 pounds. Dinette converts to a double bed along with a jack knife couch. We strongly encourage outdoor cooking, absolutely NO SMOKING or result in the loss of the entire security deposit. Septic and grey water MUST be emptied prior to returning the unit or 125.00 dumping fee will be taken from the security deposit. Pet friendly. Long weekends will require a 3 night minimum booking. ***winter bookings- if taking the unit to a warmer climate over the winter months.
